Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their IT Infrastructure Analyst (Help Desk & Systems Support) position! This is an 6+ month contract opportunity and will be on site in Wilmington, DE 4 days per week and on site in Radnor, PA 1 day per week. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C.

Position Overview:

Completes activities related to the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Ensures systems and procedures align with organizational standards to support staff and partners effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to and resolve help desk escalations based on training
• Complete work orders and request-based tasks following standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents; analyze and isolate issues
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of diagnostic tools
• Perform systems maintenance activities including patching, health checks, OS updates, and validation of changes
• Maintain operational and configuration standards

What You'll Need to Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Experience interpreting and applying technical documentation
• Ability to provide status updates and communicate progress effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical issues to management
• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage competing priorities

Nice to Have:

• Associate’s degree in a technology-related field
• Relevant certifications or specialized technical training

Additional Details:

• On-site schedule: 4 days onsite in Wilmington, DE and 1 day onsite in Radnor, PA
• Seeking a dependable, self-directed IT professional with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: $30 - 33/hr
