Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Manager position! This is a direct hire opportunity with preference for hybrid work in Buffalo, NY or Orlando, FL. Remote candidates will be considered, but required to travel including international travel.
Due to U.S. government contract requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens. Candidates must be able to provide documentation verifying U.S. citizenship prior to employment.
Ideal Candidates will be Product Manager with 3+ years of B2B experience delivering internal tools, strong backlog and roadmap execution in ADO/Jira, data-literate in Power BI, articulate with stakeholders, and highly collaborative with a team-first mindset.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and manage multiple internal B2B products, focused on improving operational efficiency, automation, and system integration across departments.
- Determining the best approach based on integration complexity, cost, scalability, and business value
- Partner with engineering and leadership to define and manage internal product lifecycles, from intake through delivery and iteration.
- Translate business problems and operational needs into:
- Clear product roadmaps
- Major initiatives (“boulders”)
- Well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead initiatives such as:

Automating internal processes
- Overseeing enhancements and platform integrations
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira to:
- Structure and maintain roadmaps and backlogs
- Organize delivery plans
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery readiness and reduce ambiguity prior to development.
- Leverage Power BI and existing analytics to inform prioritization, support decisions, and communicate progress and outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Act as a team-oriented leader who contributes to positive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and problem resolution.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience performing the role independently
- Background in B2B Product Management
- Experience managing multiple internal products simultaneously
- Proven track record supporting internal stakeholders rather than external consumer customers
- Comfort operating in enterprise, internal platform, or operational tool environments
- Experience defining and delivering internal-facing tools, platforms, and workflows
- Ability to balance usability, operational efficiency, and business value
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira
- Ability to:
- Clearly document what needs to be built and why
- Translate high-level objectives into roadmaps, initiatives, and user stories
- Excellent backlog management skills, including prioritization and refinement
- Strong experience writing:
- Clear, actionable user stories
- Unambiguous acceptance criteria
- Ability to reduce development ambiguity and ensure delivery readiness
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or other analytics tools
- Ability to:
- Interpret data
- Support product and prioritization decisions
- Not expected to design dashboards, but must effectively leverage existing analytics
- Highly articulate communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to clearly explain:
- What is being delivered
- Why it matters
- What trade-offs exist
- Proven experience managing expectations of internal business partners
- Comfortable presenting product plans, updates, and outcomes to leadership
- Strong team-first mindset
- Shares ownership of outcomes and team value

Pay Range: $130,000-150,000/ Annually + Benefits
