*12+ Month Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Program Manager role! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY and is open to local and remote candidates. Some travel to Buffalo may be required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide weekly project status reports updated in the project tool
• Collaborate with departments and partners to progress deliverables
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience managing programs within Global Banking, Wealth, or Private Banking domains, with strong understanding of industry-specific processes, compliance, and customer needs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and other collaborative workspaces
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

Pay Range: $80-$90/hr
