*Charlotte, NC Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full-Stack Developer (AWS & .NET) position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services during the contract period.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-stack development of enterprise cloud-based solutions in AWS.
• Taking ownership of technical solutions and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Partnering with business analysts and product owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicating progress and issues effectively.
• Unit testing solutions to ensure a smooth transition to QA.
• Adhering to CI/CD best practices for streamlined deployment.
• Assessing performance and supportability requirements of new and existing systems and recommending design alternatives.
• Creating system support documentation for software deployed to production.
• Developing high-quality software on time while keeping technical debt low.
• Implementing proactive monitoring and alerting to ensure operational stability and supportability.
• Working closely with the team’s Solutions Architect to implement scalable solutions and best practices.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to other technical resources on the team.

What You’ll Need to Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• 2+ years of proven technical ownership and accountability for end-to-end solutions.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Angular, Microsoft .NET (ASP.NET, C#), and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server, and ability to write optimized stored procedures.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Visual Studio/Code, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC (in office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Monday and Friday).
• Experience working in an Agile SAFe 6 framework preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
• AI knowledge – nice to have.

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr +
