Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Manager position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY (on site 4 days per week, 1 day remote). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services and is not open to C2C.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will lead high-priority, complex initiatives impacting three or more business units or functional areas. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and project teams. The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading cross-functional teams, operating within Agile and Hybrid delivery models, and driving successful project execution from initiation through close.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and direct high-priority, complex projects affecting multiple businesses or functional areas
• Develop comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures, project organization charts, cost/budget plans, communication plans, risk management plans, quality plans, and resource plans
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, constraints, and assumptions in partnership with stakeholders
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions including planning sessions, brainstorming, and focus groups
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control processes
• Execute all components of the project plan and manage project budget and forecasts
• Monitor and control project performance, identify variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Mitigate risks by implementing approved actions and workarounds
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple business units

What You’ll Need to Have:

• Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Experience managing complex program structures with proven resiliency
• Adaptability Across Delivery Models: Demonstrated experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments
• Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of proven project management experience
• Experience managing complex, multi-business initiatives from initiation to closure
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices

Pay Range: $70–$85/hr
