*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 Run Support Functional Analyst position! This is a 12+ month contract and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (in office Tues-Thurs). This opportunity is for specialists with cross-functional experience with SAP S/4 HANA. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4 HANA in an SAP Fiori environment, including ticket analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, functional specification creation, and testing.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and other functional and technical team members to ensure effective integration and system performance.
• Support enhancements, new process builds, and workflow improvements within the SAP environment.
• Participate in functional design reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.
• Assist in communication between business users and technical teams for effective issue resolution and project delivery.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP S/4 HANA functional consultant, including configuration and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications and troubleshooting methodologies within S/4 HANA.
• Experience in an SAP Fiori environment.
• Effective organizational and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface across teams with varying technical knowledge.
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP support portal, and general IT tools.
• Ability to maintain a high-level view of support goals while navigating technical detail.

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr
