Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their QA Tester (SAP / UiPath) position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in Canada with a preference for hybrid in Calgary or Edmonton. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Execute manual and automated testing for SAP initiatives across customer care, billing, finance, and operational processes.
• Create, maintain, and run test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Design and develop automated test scripts using UiPath to improve regression coverage and release confidence.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across SAP environments, including integrations with other systems.
• Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are testable and complete.
• Coordinate and support business-led UAT, including defect triage, retesting, and issue resolution.
• Create and manage test data needed for successful execution of test cases.
• Log, track, and report defects, risks, and testing results using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools.
• Support production readiness, cutover activities, and post-deployment validation.
• Help improve QA standards, testing processes, and automation maturity across the SAP Canada portfolio.

What You’ll Need to Have:

• Can you say I’ve tested SAP billing/customer workflows, created regression suites, built UiPath automations, worked in Agile sprints, logged defects in ADO, and partnered directly with business users?
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong hands-on experience testing SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Proven experience building automated test scripts using UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar testing/backlog tools.
• Experience with integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $85-110/hr CAD
