*Remote Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Owner (Data and Reporting) position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic intent, and communicate them with the team and all stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on the overall product vision and strategy.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product development.
• Write user stories, groom the backlog, and specify acceptance criteria for each user story.
• Work directly with the delivery team to create information radiators and communication tools for internal team and stakeholder use.
• Participate in all team activities and ceremonies, promoting agile best practices.
• Use a matrixed influencing approach to collaborate with essential business partners across the organization.
• Focus on outcomes over outputs, utilizing design thinking methods and analytics to guide product design.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure a cohesive customer journey and alignment of dependent backlogs.
• Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points and external regulatory issues.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of business, analytical, technical, and/or product experience.
• OR, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in business, analytical, technical, and/or product roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple workstream stakeholders.
• Analytical and technical experience with data and reporting themes.
• Experience collaborating with data analysts and business representatives to deliver product specifications.
• Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.

What We’d Love to See:

• Familiarity with Design Thinking principles.
• Experience in digital capabilities development or management.
• Subject matter expertise in data and reporting, particularly within Treasury functions.

Pay Range: $48-$63/hr +
