Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Salesforce Developer position! This is a contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY (4 days per week onsite). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support complex business processes
• Build and maintain Apex code, Flows, Validation Rules, and other declarative Salesforce tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing to ensure system quality and performance
• Utilize GitLab and VS Code for version control and development activities
• Support high-performance enterprise environments within the banking industry

What You'll Need to Have:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in a large enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong expertise with Apex, Flows, Validation Rules, and Salesforce declarative tools
• Experience with GitLab and VS Code
• Hands-on experience with UAT and Regression Testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks

Pay Range: $60/hr
