Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Enterprise Application Developer (.Net C# / Java) position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise banking applications in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Build new features and enhancements primarily within .NET / C# applications, with opportunities to support Java-based components.
• Contribute to customer-facing digital banking solutions, including payment and bill pay platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions in sprint cycles.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
• Support application deployments and releases through CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes.
• Work within containerized environments such as OpenShift to deploy and manage modern applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen team delivery and engineering quality.

What You’ll Need to Have: 

• Professional experience developing enterprise applications using .NET and C#.
• Working knowledge of Java, with the ability to support or enhance Java-based applications and features.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including writing queries, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting database-driven applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working in containerized platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar environments.
• Exposure to at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams and participating in sprint-based software delivery.
• Banking or financial services industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay Range: $50 - $53.50/hr
