*Charlotte, NC Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 HANA Record to Report Functional Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tuesday through Thursday). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with business team members and the user community to assess and define business and technical requirements.
• Provide impact and solution option assessments to deliver efficient and workable technical/business solutions.
• Assist with SAP module configuration and other related application areas.
• Define and support testing strategy to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and quality.
• Develop high-quality documentation, including operational, procedural, technical design, and process flows.
• Identify and resolve potential problems proactively and implement process improvements.
• Support critical business applications and operations as needed.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Record to Report (R2R) functionality; S/4 HANA experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of FI/GL/AR/AP and how they integrate with SAP C2C and P2P modules.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-driven, collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
• Self-motivated team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IS-Retail experience
• Vertex experience
• Experience with 2 or more of the R2R-C2C-P2P modules
• Previous experience with Condition Contracts

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr +
