*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP S/4 HANA C2C Functional Analyst position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA C2C Functional Analyst for a project located at its headquarters in Charlotte, NC.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• This opportunity is designed for specialists with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically within the Order-to-Cash functional area. The position involves responsibilities related to the design, configuration, support, and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA project initiatives, primarily focused on the Order-to-Cash process within an SAP Fiori environment.
• Analyze fit/gap for business processes, translate requirements into specifications, write business process documents, and maintain the BPML.
• Assist with providing impact/solution option assessments to offer workable, efficient technical/business solutions.
• Work with other functional teams to ensure various components work together to meet the operational goals of the solution, ensuring integration, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with the SAP Master Data Lead to provide functional support for Master Data Governance and Master Data troubleshooting, including touchpoints for Sales & Distribution execution with Site Master, Customer Master Data, Billing, and Financial Postings.
• Participate in project and design reviews, ensuring they meet design principles and standards.
• Drive, prioritize, and manage scope changes, along with defect management.
• Define testing strategy within the C2C area to ensure functionality, accuracy, and quality of the product.
• Assist with project management, communication with stakeholders, functional unit tests, user acceptance tests, cutover tasks, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Need to Have:

SAP S/4HANA C2C & OTC Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Contract-to-Cash (C2C) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to work across end-to-end business processes within the C2C domain.

Contract Settlement Management (CSM)

• Critical requirement: Deep, hands-on experience with Contract Settlement Management.
• Must be able to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize CSM processes.
• Experience with rebates, accruals, and settlement processing is essential.

Pricing & Billing

• Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Pricing and Billing.
• Ability to design and implement complex pricing conditions, billing types, and integration with SD and FI.

Green Functionalities & Fiori Applications

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps, especially in customizing environments.
• Must have worked with greenfield implementations or green functionalities in S/4HANA.
• Ability to tailor Fiori apps to meet business needs.

Design & Documentation

• Lead and participate in design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with project standards.

Strong Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Skills

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr +
