*Hybrid Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Systems Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services during the contract period.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as primary liaison between business teams, developers, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into application requirements.
• Draft requirements/specification documentation through to stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate on backlog grooming and story development with the Product Owner and Agile team.
• Execute functional testing and assist with system integration testing efforts.
• Validate deliverables against specs and ensure defect-free results.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across user groups.
• Maintain standards for documentation and QA deliverables.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a functional analyst or systems analyst role.
• Proven success in:
• Developing user stories, application requirements, and process flow diagrams.
• Requirements gathering via interviews, job shadowing, and process analysis.
• Translating business needs into technical design with product and dev teams.
• Designing UI mockups with detailed documentation.
• Managing conflicting priorities and gaining consensus across multiple user groups
• Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• General understanding of application architecture and technologies.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
• Formal training or certification in Business Analysis or Product/Project Management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• SQL skills (ability to read stored procedures and understand desired functionality within the SP, parameters, and data flow).
• Prior experience in technical/system/integration analyst roles.

Pay Range: $47-$52/hr
