*Charlotte, NC Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their SAP Customer to Cash Functional Analyst position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (onsite Tuesday through Thursday). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with business teams and user communities to assess and define business and technical requirements.
• Provide impact and solution option assessments to offer efficient and workable technical/business solutions.
• Assist with configuration for multiple SAP modules and related applications.
• Define testing strategies to ensure functional accuracy and product quality.
• Produce procedural, operational, and technical documentation including process flows and technical designs.
• Identify and implement improvements; troubleshoot potential problems proactively.
• Provide support for critical business applications and processes.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP Customer to Cash functionality; S/4 HANA experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of core SAP SD functionality and its integration with Finance modules.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A service-oriented, team-first mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IS-Retail experience
• Vertex experience
• Experience with 2 or more of the R2R-C2C-P2P modules
• Previous experience with Condition Contracts

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr +
