Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Product Manager / Data Analytics BI Specialist position! This is a direct hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Mississauga.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Reporting team; bringing an outcomes-based approach to how we deliver analytics and reporting to our internal stakeholders. We are a team of high performing problem-solvers with the same vision: to drive the digital future in hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the vision, strategy, planning, execution, and launch of performance reporting tools.
• Advocate for users by working across sectors and stakeholders to deeply understand business questions and data needs.
• Collaborate with data science, design, engineering (backend, frontend, and data), user research, human insights, scrum managers, marketing, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Serve as the product leader for multiple teams, including road mapping, prioritizing feature backlogs, and tracking/reporting key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Communicate new product releases to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Analyze product performance and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

What You'll Need to Have:

• 3-5+ Years of proven experience with user facing product management with a focus on BI Data Analytics
• 3+ Years of BI Analytics experience
• This person must have strong experience with external users, a deep understanding of true Agile Product Management, and strong user facing data & analytics experience,
• Proven experience as a S3-enior Product Manager, particularly in managing strategy, data cycles, BI analytics, reporting, or data-driven product management.
• Experience with Agile, Writing User Stories.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and frictionless retail is a plus.

Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 + 15% bonus and 4 weeks vacation
