Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Project Manager position! This is an 8+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY (on-site 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and drive high-visibility, enterprise-level projects impacting multiple business units from initiation through delivery
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
- Build and execute comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources) to deliver results on time and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives, removing roadblocks and driving momentum in fast-paced environments
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Monitor project health using data-driven insights, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Champion best practices in project management, continuously improving processes and elevating team performance and accountability
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle
What You'll Need to Have:

Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with infrastructure initiatives and dependency management, ideally within data center migration or similar environments
- Expertise in project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, and deliver results under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr
