*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Flutter Developer position! This is a 12+ month contract and will be hybrid in Charlotte. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Flutter Developer with expertise in building complex mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flutter and extensive experience with large-scale Flutter projects. We're looking for individuals from all backgrounds who are excited to push the boundaries of cross-platform development and create innovative solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect, build, and maintain large-scale Flutter applications for mobile, desktop, and web platforms, focusing on creative tools.
• Optimize application performance for smooth, responsive user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Design and develop intuitive, artist-friendly interfaces and interactive elements.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers.
• Establish and maintain thorough testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Analyze and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, including writing clean, maintainable Dart code and conducting regular code reviews.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (skills and experience valued over formal education).
• Extensive experience (3+ years) developing complex, production-ready applications using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
• Proven experience in architecting and optimizing large-scale Flutter projects with complex architectures and significant user bases.
• Expertise in cross-platform Flutter development (mobile, web, desktop).
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Strong focus on application performance optimization and accessibility.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
• Experience in Angular applications integrating with Java/J2EE is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, team-oriented environment.
