*Contract-to-Hire Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Owner position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

Position Overview

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product that the team builds. You’ll work closely with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the S4 Product meets the needs and expectations of the business. This role also involves collaboration with other product owners, technical and functional resources, and business leaders to align the product portfolio with enterprise strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in your product area and provide knowledge and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Understand complex business needs and support cross-functional decisions across various user groups.
• Partner with the Product Manager to shape product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Ensure features meet performance, usability, and security standards in collaboration with product management.
• Define, scope, and manage backlog items for the product team.
• Validate and manage user stories with a focus on quality and readiness for development.
• Lead Agile teams, manage team backlog, and provide leadership on delivery of business value.
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate team progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Facilitate solution demos and validate designs with customers to ensure business value delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Engage in SAFe Agile ceremonies like PI Planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Coach and mentor development teams in SAFe Agile practices.
• Coordinate solution validation testing with other product teams.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Sciences preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally in customer-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or record-to-report processes.
• Experience with SAP modules including FI, SD, MM, IM, EWM, AM, AP, AR, CO, or PCA; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering products that meet user needs and drive business goals.
• Strong analytical and facilitation abilities for effective collaboration between business and IT.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Miro.
• SAFe Agile Product Owner or SAFe Agile Practitioner certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
