Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Digital Solutions Manager position! This is a 1 year contract opportunity and will be hybrid on site 2-3 days per week in Mississauga or Toronto. This role will be a T4 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered. 

 

Position Overview:


The Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) is responsible for the commercialization of in-house and third-party technologies, partnering closely with Strategy, Product, and PMO to operationalize new digital capabilities and bring them successfully to market. You will lead end-to-end commercialization efforts ensuring new products, features, and services are launch-ready, operationally supported, and positioned for sustainable adoption and measurable business impact.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Lead Commercialization of New Digital Products & Features

  • Serve as the commercialization lead for newly developed digital products and enhancements.
  • Translate product capabilities into scalable, operational processes.
  • Lay the groundwork for successful rollout and readiness across impacted departments.
  • Ensure Intake, Digital, Operations, Development, and PMO teams are aligned for successful adoption.


Act as the Internal Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Develop deep expertise in internal digital tools and configuration capabilities.
  • Advise Operations leaders on best practices for menu structures, configurations, and tool usage.
  • Confidently lead conversations with operational stakeholders and provide clear, consultative recommendations.


Drive Cross-Functional Rollout & Process Design

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Delivery, Operations, Development, and PMO.
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams and influence how features are incorporated into delivery processes.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and execution plans for each commercialization effort.
  • Establish and refine rollout processes for new features and enhancements.
  • Incorporate feature requests into clear feedback loops and scalable frameworks.
  • Build repeatable commercialization frameworks that support long-term growth.


Own Implementation Execution

  • Oversee menu building, configuration work, and digital tool setup as part of feature launches.
  • Ensure operational readiness through detailed system setup and configuration expertise.
  • Begin by shadowing a current DSM to learn processes and tools, then quickly transition to independent ownership.


 

What You’ll Need to Have:

 

 Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of experience in product commercialization, product implementation, or technical product management.
  • Proven track record implementing and rolling out digital products or software solutions.
  • Strong background in operational implementation and cross-functional project execution.
  • Experience working directly with Operations and Delivery teams in a consultative capacity.
  • Ability to understand and recommend optimal menu structures and configuration strategies.


Technical Tools & Systems

  • Hands-on familiarity with:
  • Smartsheets
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Comfort navigating and documenting within project and product management systems.


Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with menu management software or digital ordering platforms.
  • Prior experience in a digital environment where configuration accuracy directly impacts operational performance.
  • Hands-on experience preferred with:
  • Menu building
  • Digital configuration work
  • System setup and internal tool configuration


 

Pay Range: $35-37/hr CAD
